Christophe BEAUDOUIN is Secretary General of the "Group for a confederation of the states of Europe" to say no to the EU Constitution. Among the Gaullists and Centrist founders of the group are former prime minister Pierre Messmer, former ministers Jean Charbonnel, Gabriel Kaspereit, Christian de Le Malène, Jean Matteoli and Roland Nungesser, UMP MP Jacques Baudot and Nicolas Dupont-Aignan, and Bernard de Gaulle, Pr Elie-Jacques Picard, former MP Guy Sabatier.

The group's objective is to bring together personalities and politicians from all horizons to lead the 'no' to a federal Europe campaign and promote a new organisation for Europe.

Christophe BEAUDOUIN was President of the Movement young Gaullists(UJP)in 1995-1997, Candidate for election at leadership of the Governmental Party UMP with Gaullist team lead by MP Nicolas Dupont-Aignan in 2002 and for election at European Parliament in 2004. Member of a city council, he published several articles dealing with young employment, institutionals questions and Europe. He's author of a pamphlet : "Sous les pavés, la République !"
