Spaniards undecided on EU Constitution


59 percent of Spanish voters are still unsure about how to vote in their referendum on the EU Constitution according to a poll by the Instituto Opina. 28 percent say they favour, while 5 percent say they are opposed. While Spain is certain to vote yes to the Constitution abstention may detract from the impact of the first referendum on the Constitution.
