After the French and Dutch No the referendum that was planned for June 2006 has been postponed.

There is a majority AGAINST the EU Constityution: 19% yes - 29% no - Dnes/SC&C - 13 June 2005
21.1% yes - 36.9% no - Dnes - 14 July 2005
