criticises Constitution

Derek Scott, who was economics advisor to Tony Blair for almost ten years, spoke at an event organised by Vote No, the campaign against the EU Constitution yesterday. He argued that the Constitution will lead to a concentration of power in Brussels and suggested that the UK government is being “dishonest” by saying that the only alternative to signing the Constitution is leaving the EU.
