David Heathcoat-Amory

Conservative Party<link> Untied Kingdom David Heathcoat-Amory (born 1949) is a British politician, and Conservative member of Parliament for Wells. He is a member of the Privy Council. He was a minister under Margaret Thatcher and John Major, and was William Hague's shadow Secretary of State for Trade and Industry from 1997 to 2001. He was a member of the Convention on the Future of Europe which drafted the EU Constitution.
